Analytics

The Analytics page allows you to view analytics for your event.

This includes:

  • Total engagement time (measured as the total time users spend on event pages)
  • Top countries that viewed your event, and their engagement time
  • Event drop-off times
  • Event page views

Event Drop-off Times

Once your event is over, you can take a look at event drop off times to get a better understanding of how attendees engaged with your event.

This can help you understand what went well, and what went wrong, to help you plan future events.

The data is displayed as follows:

Drop-off Range: This shows the distribution of drop-offs in different time frames of the event. Each range represents the percentage of participants whose activity ended within that period.

0-25%: This group represents the first quarter of participants who stopped their activity early.

25-50%: These participants stopped after a little more time has passed.

50-75%: This group represents those who stopped in the middle of the event.

75-100%: This represents those who stayed almost until the end.

Start Time and End Time: These show the range of times during which participants in each group stopped their activity.

Drop-off Percentage: This shows the percentage of participants who dropped off in each range relative to the total number of participants.

Event Page Views

You can see how many views each of your event pages have using this option, and change the time period.

You'll see the total page views, alongside a table showing each page and the views for each of the pages.

You can click on a page to drill down further and see the countries that viewed the page, as well as the number of views in descending order.

This allows you to see your most popular pages easily.
