Contacts
Contacts lists all of the users who have registered for your event, as well a graph showing the number of users who registered for your event over the last 30 days.
Registrant Growth Graph
To provide deeper insights, a graph showing the number of event registrants over the last 30 days is displayed.
This graph allows the event organizer to track trends in real-time and predict registration patterns.
Graph Features
Time Range: The graph automatically updates to show data for the last 30 days. You can hover over any point on the graph to see the exact number of registrants on that particular day.
Registration Growth: The graph shows a line plot of daily registrations over time. This allows event organizers to monitor how registrations are progressing, identify potential slow periods, and assess marketing or promotional campaign effectiveness.
Visual Clarity: The graph is designed to be simple and easy to read. Each day is represented by a dot, and the dots are connected by a line to show trends.
Interaction: The graph is interactive, allowing you to zoom in on specific dates or scroll through the entire 30-day period for more precise data.
Use Cases
Monitor Registration Speed: If you are running a time-sensitive event, this graph helps you keep track of how quickly people are signing up and helps with decision-making for any promotional campaigns.
Predict Future Trends: By analyzing registration trends, you can get a clearer sense of whether the event will reach full capacity or if additional marketing is required.
Report Metrics: The data shown in the graph can be used in reports for internal stakeholders or external collaborators.
Registrant Table
The Registrant Table is a clear and concise list displaying all individuals who have registered for the event.
This table allows the event organizer to view detailed information about each registrant, helping them keep track of who has signed up.
Table Columns
The table consists of the following columns:
Username: The username of the registrant.
Nickname: The nickname of the registrant. This can be changed in the chat at any time.
Email: The email address of the registrant. This may be hidden if the user signed up using a social login provider and they did not enable event reminders.
Registration Time: The date and time when the registrant signed up for the event.
You can select individual or multiple registrants and export or remove their data at any time.
Pagination
If the event has a large number of registrants, the table will paginate automatically, allowing you to view the list in chunks.
